L’Office Marocain de la Propriété Industrielle et Commerciale est un établissement public autofinancé dont les principales fonctions sont :
la tenue des registres nationaux de propriété industrielle et l'inscription de tous les actes affectant la propriété des titres de propriété industrielle (marques, brevets d’invention, dessins et modèles industriels) ;
la tenue du registre central du commerce et du fichier alphabétique pour les personnes physiques et morales;
la promotion de la propriété industrielle et commerciale et la mise à disposition de l'information juridique adéquate.

L’Institut Marocain de Normalisation (IMANOR) est l’organisme officiel Marocain chargé de la normalisation, créé par le législateur marocain en 2010, Il a pour missions :
La production des normes marocaines ;
La certification de conformité aux normes et aux référentiels normatifs ;
L’édition et la diffusion des normes et des produits associés et des informations s’y rapportant ;
La formation sur les normes et les techniques de leur mise en œuvre;
La représentation du Maroc auprès des organisations internationales et régionales de normalisation.

The Moroccan Standards Institute (IMANOR) is the Moroccan official body in charge of standardisation. It was created by the legislator in 2010 to fulfil the following missions:
- Production of Moroccan norms;
- Certification of conformity with quality standards and normative guidelines;
- Publishing and dissemination of norms, associated products and information pertaining thereto;
- Training on norms and their implementation techniques;
- Representing Morocco vis-à-vis International and Regional Standardisation Organisations

The Moroccan Office of Industrial and Commercial Property is a self-funded public institution whose main functions are:
- The maintenance of national registers of industrial property and registration of all acts affecting the ownership of industrial property rights (trademarks, patents, industrial designs);
- The maintenance of the central register of commerce and alphabetical file for natural and legal persons;
- The promotion of industrial and commercial property and the provision of legal information relating thereto.
The National Agency for the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ANPME) or MOROCCO SMEs is at the heart of the system for supporting Moroccan companies and represents the main operational instrument of public authorities for development of SMEs.
Thanks to the wide range of products it has developed and improved since its creation in 2002, ANPME assists entrepreneurs and the different support organizations in their competitive modernization process.
