This service provides useful information on consumer protection (regulations, fact sheets, newsletter, etc.) and also offers a complaint submission service to be directed to administrations or consumer protection associations, depending on the nature and sector concerned in order to ensure their follow-up and corresponding processing. This website encourages the various stakeholders (administrations, public institutions and Consumer Protection Associations) to work collaboratively and encourages all initiatives on their part to improve the content of the portal. The objectives of this portal are to promote consumerist culture at the national level,and raise the level of protection of consumers' economic rights.
